Thursday, Politico reported that infamous Democrat Community Organizer, David Brock, was worried about the damage Stephen K. Bannon’s Group, COAR could do to the Democrats hopes to regain the House in the midterms.
From the article:
“Steve Bannon may have yet to win back the heart of Donald Trump or any minds in the White House.
But with his newly launched political action group, which is focused on keeping Republican control of the House by framing the midterm elections as an up-or-down vote on impeachment, the former White House chief strategist has struck fear in at least one fellow operative: David Brock.
Brock, who has rarely spoken publicly since returning to his role leading a web of liberal advocacy groups after a heart attack last year, said it’s irrelevant to him whether Bannon has the blessing of the president — what’s important is that Democrats fight back. “I assume he’s opportunistic and trying to be relevant,” said Brock. “But I think it’s certainly possible that the White House doesn’t have a theory of the midterms and he has one,” reported Annie Karnie
Brock added: “Anyone who has money and is hiring 25 people, who is someone who was a key architect of Trump winning and has his hand on the pulse of the Republican base — it’s potentially dangerous. Steve Bannon is right that we’re absolutely toast if we lose the House.”
